At Kaylynn Crafts, each item is made to order through our print-on-demand and handcrafted process. This means additional care and time go into preparing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Domestic: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Rates & Tracking

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Delays & Lost Packages

Kaylynn Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also reach out to us for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order is shipped.
